What is an e-ticket?
Most flight tickets are now in the “electronic ticket” or e-ticket format. This means that the ticket is now a digital file and is stored within the database of the carrier flight company. It is legitimate ticket number that allows travel.
Do I need to print my e-ticket?
While most airways accept just a booking reference number, there are some flights where a printed version of the e-ticket is a must. Though not compulsory, our recommendation is for you to print out the ticket and take it along with you.
How do I ensure the confirmation of my booking?
After a successful booking, you will be directed towards a page that reads, “Thank you for booking with Everest View Travels & Tours”. Following this, you will also receive an email alert carrying your booking information such as travel date, flight number and so on.
I successfully booked my flight but still have not received the confirmation email. What must I do?
It may happen that the email is directed to your spam folder. In case you do not find it there, chances are that you have misspelt your email during the booking process. Either ways, you do not have to worry if you didn’t get directed to the page that says, “Thank you for booking with Everest View Travels & Tours”, Kindly contact us at the helpline and we will resend the confirmation email.
What are the conditions for a VISA?
The governments of the destination countries decide the clauses for a VISA. In case of an international travel, we suggest that you opt for a legitimate VISA embassy dedicated to the process. It is travelers’ responsibility to ensure that they have legitimate visa to the destination they are travelling to.
What are the acceptable methods of payment?
We accept all kinds of online payment modes that include debit and credit cards, VISA, Master Card, American Express, PayPal and Diners Club. Please note that certain additional charges might incur in case of a credit card payment which will be notified to you before the total value is calculated.
In which currency will I be charged?
Since Everest View Travels and tours is based in Australia. All our transactions will be in Australian Dollars or AUD.
How can I change my booking?
In order to make changes to your bookings, you can access Manage Bookings tab within our website or alternatively reach out to us at our 24/7 customer care number. In case of any urgent alterations, please call us in our 24/7 hotline or connect with the airlines directly. In case of date change , administration fee and the additional fare difference will apply to your original fare.
Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?
You can cancel a booking by referring to the Manage Bookings tab or by calling us within our work hours of 9 am to 6 pm (AEST) Monday to Saturday. Please make note that cancellation applies to only the refundable tickets and not all tickets can be cancelled.
What happens when my flight schedule is altered or cancelled?
Airlines can, due to unforeseen events change the time, date or even cancel a flight. In any such scenario, we at Everest View will ensure that you are constantly updated with the proceedings and changes as an when they take place. We do want to mention that the flight schedule changes are a responsibility of the airline in question and we at Everest hold no responsibility for any such event. In such a case if you do wish to cancel your booking, we will do our best to help you get the refund to your tickets.
If it’s a voluntary change by passengers, there is a procedure and fee involved. Please call us or email us with the request.

What is a PNR number and where is it located?
A PNR number is the unique six digit, alphanumeric identification code or reservation number of your ticket. It is located at the top corner of your e-ticket and is used during check-in, Managing bookings or Viewing your booking.
What are the acceptable luggage/baggage weight limits on international flights?
Ideally Hand Baggage are allowed up to 7 kgs per person within the flight and a check-in baggage allowance are dependent on the airline and sometimes also on the fares you buy. Please refer to the ticket or call our friendly consultant before departure regarding your luggage allowances.
Online Check in
Travellers can check in online by going to airlines website by entering an airline reference number and the surname. It will save you time at the airport. Travellers can also choose seats at no extra cost, and then print your boarding pass or receive a mobile boarding pass.
